New Delhi, Oct 26 (ANI): Asserting that Russia is a time-tested and closest partner of India, Union Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar on Wednesday batted for a roadmap for military to military cooperation and its implementation between the two nations. He added that joint military exercise, training of personnel in the field of defence should be held. Parrikar, then, acknowledged Russia for lending consistent unwavering support in our efforts to eliminate cross-border terrorism. The minister was addressing a Russian delegation at the Indo-Russian Inter Governmental Commission on Military Technical Cooperation in the national capital. During the meeting, Parrikar signed agreements for further military and technical cooperations between the two friend countries.
